  • What is accrual trading?

Accrual trading on Nesoex is a feature that allows you to deposit a certain amount of collateral in your account wallet, enabling you to trade in a two-way manner with multiple times your capital in the crypto market.

  • What is position collateral?

Collateral is the fiat or USDT balance you deposit in the accrual trading wallet, giving you the right to buy or sell (agency) an asset.

  • What does liquidation (being liquidated) mean in accrual trading?

When the loss on your accrual position reaches 99% of your collateral, all trades are liquidated and automatically closed.

  • Is it possible to cancel accrual trades?

Yes. If you placed the accrual order via Limit, Stop Limit, or Stop Market, you can cancel it.

  • When is a short (sell) accrual position profitable?

When the asset’s spot price is lower than your accrual sell entry price. Therefore, short accrual positions are used in bearish markets.

  • What does ‘entry price’ in an accrual position mean?

It’s the price where your accrual trade is executed in Nesoex. For example, if you short (sell) Bitcoin at a Limit order of 40,000 USDT, your entry price is 40,000. If you short using a Market order, the entry price is the average fill price.

  • What is the ‘exit price’ of an accrual position?

It’s the price at which your accrual position is closed, finalizing the buy or sell of the entrusted asset. For example, if you place a Limit buy order at 40,000 USDT to close a short position, the exit price is 40,000. If you do it via Market, the exit price is the average execution price of that trade.
